SAS – Delayed baggage report

The last thing you want is to lose your baggage when you’re on a trip. But if you do, it’s often difficult and tedious to get it back. You have to stand in line at the Arrival Service counter, fill out several forms and wait for your baggage to be found. Scandinavian Airlines invest a lot to digitalize their services. I got to help SAS to digitalize ”Delayed baggage report” and make it as simple as possible.
